This is the one that officially put Troma on the map, and started it all. The Toxic Avenger is one of the most gruesomely violent films I have ever seen. So naturally, I loved it. It is creative, violent, gory, and funny as hell, it is an instant cult classic
The Toxic Avenger is not for all audiences though. The violence is graphic, the acting is terrible, and the humor is as dark as it comes. So if you are offended by the beating of old ladies, running over young kids heads with a car, or goats wearing bikinis, this movie is not for you. But if you like it, or feel like something new for a change, you have to see this movie!
