I have to say I haven't seen any from that list.

I did see Godzilla Minus One, thought it was good.

A Quiet Place: Day One is my favorite from this list. I loved the original films, and this prequel adds so much depth to the story. Terrifier 3 also stands out as a great choice if you’re into something darker and more intense.
