What do you think are the Best Christmas and Xmas Horror Films?
Best Christmas Movie:
I think It's a Wonderful Life is the best, or my fav, though Scissorhands is very close.
Honorable mentions: Edward Scissorhands, Die Hard, Trading Places, Miracle on 34th Street, How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1967), The Santa Clause, A Christmas Story, SCROOGED, The Family Stone
Best Xmas Horror:
I think the best Xmas horror film is probably SCROOGED.

My favorite non-horror Christmas movie is White Christmas
My favorite horror Christmas movie is a 3-way tie between Krampus, Rare Exports, and A Christmas Horror Story.

Love Bing Crosby. Hey Hammer, speaking of White Christmas, have you ever seen Holiday Inn (1942)? I never have but it looks similar. If you have, whatd ya think?

I liked Rare Imports, and Krampus was fun, haven't seen A Christmas Horror Story.

Christmas: Without any doubt, it would be MIRACLE ON 34th STREET (1947), just perfect in every way.
Xmas Horror: Although it's part of an anthology, love "all Through The House" episode from TALES FROM THE CRYPT (1972). Joan Collins is (and looks) great.

Hi Sculpt,
Not generally recognised with Christmas but was released on Nov. 3rd 1976, being the original John Carpenter's "Assault on Precinct 13" is the film i like, which would still have been around at Xmas
I love the music too!

I think the anti-hero Darwin Joston was great as Napoleon Wilson:-

Since I am afraid of horror films, I have never watched one alone. But I have played horror games in expensive clubs (golf-tipsandfacts.com/most-expensive-golf-clubs/), and the experience has been excellent
