Hello!
Can someone here maybe give me some tips of "mystery" or "whodunnit" type horror movies?
Movies that I like is:
Ready or Not 2019
The Cabin in the woods 2011
House on Haunted Hill 1999
I Know What You Did Last Summer
Scream
etc etc
I REALLY like movies Dagon (2001) also, so it doesnt have to be like mainstream movies like Scream. Older movies is also nice! (Re-Animator, etc)

I always really liked Deathtrap (1982) starring Michael Caine, Christopher Reeve, Dyan Cannon. Funny, mystery, thriller, horror.
Here's some others that fall into that general category more or less:
Dressed to Kill (1980)
Body Double (1984)
Blowout (1981)
Dead Silence (2007)
Vacancy (2007)

Did you explain the entire movie and how that person could be the murderer?

Did you explain the entire movie and how that any person could be the murderer?
You know, I might actually still have it. It was one of the papers I saved.
I basically remember what I wrote. So it's funny you asked, "Did you explain the entire movie and how that any person could be the murderer?", because I wrote, 'Last night family watched Murder By Death on TV. The world's greatest detectives meet at a mansion where people are being murdered one-by-one, and the detectives are trying to figure out who the murderer is.'
And I left it there. That was the end of the essay.
And my teacher wrote a rhetorical critique on it, rather than just a grammatical correction, and handed it back to me. She wrote it was very interesting subject, 'but don't end it there. Did the detectives figure out who the murderer was?' She probably saw it on TV that night too.
So yeah, we must have all been baffled by the ending.
