due to Covid 19? Or did they not change at all?

My father usually winters in Florida (we live in Canada) but thats changed. I usually host a family dinner of about 13 but now its down to 6. I WONT HAVE TO DO A TURKEY THIS YEAR which suits me down to the ground!

My christmas has been completely eventless. Haven't been doing shit since the beginning of november.

I usually go to a friend's for dinner and gift exchanging. Staying home this year and will cook for nephew and myself.

Just got word Ontario will be going into full lockdown for 28 days starting Christmas eve day.

Oh, well. They just changed it to start Boxing day. So still good for Xmas day.

We did have an addition Thanksgiving week...A Yorkie/Pom mix, almost four months old next week and an absolute delight.

This Christmas Eve Im going to a social distanced Candlelight service with my sister's family. And afterwards we're going to my brother-in-law father's (Joe) house -- but this year, instead of about 6 people coming over, being Joe's sister/husband and family/friends, it will just be us and Joe. That really sucks, cause it's fun to joke around with extra folk. There's no lockdown here, but folks are being careful and this is an older crowd.

Other than that, covid isnt changing anything else -- I'll still meet with my sisters' families Christmas Day and a few days later. We're all healthy, no preconditions, nor do we regular caregivers for at risk folk; so we just do our best to stay safe and monitor ourselves. We all come in contact with people everyday, and we consider seeing our loved ones as vitally important to a healthy life as going food shopping.

No Christmas here. We didn't even have snow.

People traveled and the death rate shot up. Probably still going up.

They can't even pass a $2000 check. One doctor said maybe pay Americans to stay at home. Too bad the Senate and one guy wants to play games and not pass a simple check bill but wants to tack on other stuff.

Next year will be better hopefully.

Did anyone see what Kate Beckinsale did to her cats? I guess she has the kind of sit around cats that put up with this.
