I have University Assignment on -
"How do contemporary horror films represent race and/or ethnicity?"
i need one more film, 90's or later that depicts racism in some way shape or form, particularly agaisnt black people.
(pre 90's is 100% NO GO for requirements)
the angle im taking is the discussion of Jordan Peele's two horror films and how they have evolved in their depiction of race from previous years.
the only other film i have is Candyman (1992) but i need one more
if there isnt specific film then 2 or 3 films that have racist aspects or scenes will be fine
Honestly not a horror fan so this assingment is a big struggle for me
Cheers in Advance

Unfortunately its from 1985 and a bit obscure but "The Dark Power" is fraught with out and out racism. A teenage black girl is called "mammy Tammy" and suggested to like watermelon and another teenage girl wont live in the same house as the black girl. The "n" word is used liberally. But in the movie, it makes it all appear like this is perfectly acceptable.

Sleepaway Camp 3 is right before the 90s. It has a bunch of racial incidents.

TALES FROM THE HOOD (1995--?) might fit win this criteria and also a pretty decent effort as well, I thought.

The main characters in "Hoboken Hollow" are racist, and it's based on real events!

The topic starter was one of those one post and gone people. No introduction topic either. Unless you don't have to do that anymore. I can't remember.
