I am shocked.

In its obituary for Margot Kidder in today's New York Times, in the list of movies she appeared in, they left out "Sisters" directed by Brian de Palma.

I was equally shocked when, in their obituary for the great Harry Dean Stanton, they left out one of his finest performances: in "The Black Marble", from the Joseph Waumbaugh movie. I wrote them a nasty note.

Good for you, idoneus. I hope they puke and write an addendum on both accounts. DePalma is one of my favs. Is Sisters any good?

I was surprised about that as well- they probably felt SUPERMAN was the one that most people would be familiar with.

I liked SISTERS myself -some good scary moments- but DePalma (probably for the first time-was doing his Hitchcock homages-and some of the camera work detracts from the story, especially the split screen.
