hi, there aren't a lot of Masterton books tranlated to Spanish, I only have read some short stories, The Manitou very good and Sleepless not so good. Which are his best books to start with? I prefer straight horror than thrillers

Hi! If you can get "The Pariah" by him I think you will really enjoy it. I did.

His NIGHT WARRIORS series are ace. I haven't read the later ones but the first 3 are brilliant. They involve people getting into people's dreams to fight demons.

Night Warriors, 1986
2.Death Dream, 1988
3.Night Plague, 1991
4.Night Wars, 2006
5.The Ninth Nightmare, 2011

Zing!
You right tho....ain't nobody reads more horror than I do in all of Sanders County...That's a bet.
Y'all should see the librarians rollin' their eyes every time I check out another tall stack of horror books...

Wait a few years and you can then buy them when they have a sale.
