So I went to a few horror conventions this year and want to share some of the pics and videos from them with you guys if you dont mind. Let me know if you went to any of them and how you enjoyed them.

Super excited!!!! Next Weekend is Horrorhound can't wait.Just figured out what I'm going to wear. I'm going to be a Steampunk broken doll. that's on saturday then i get to steampunk it out on sunday as a Steampunk Renaissance Fairy at the Ohio Renaissance Faire. Wow i have a very busy weekend next weekend also a lot of driving.

that i'll get in a wreak because other people can't drive. if i can find a good back way i would be ok i don't driving around a lot of other people. i would go out of my way to avoid heavy traffic.so driving to ohio on sunday should be a fun experience ^_^

She fears the idea that a giant mitten will smack against her windshield, blinding her vision she has to get of the road before she hits someone. She then finds a log cabin in the woods. She thinks that she'll find help there. Instead she encounters a bunch of brain sucking aliens.

yeah not so much. Just stupid people who can't drive and try to run me off the road like what happened to me on tuesday. I almost had a crash but was able to avoid both the car that pulled out in front of me and the pole that i almost hit trying to avoid the car so i'm not so scared anymore because i gots the good driving skills

Where I live....New Zealand there is literally sweet F all here - man I'd love to have a time machine, then I can jet set myself into all those sweet conventions (Big Sigh) have fun at them all. It's con season for me! Can't wait for days of the dead Indianapolis in June so I can finish all the principal cast for my favorite horror flick dawn of the dead!

Yeah, they need a bigger hall. Not to mention the DFW ariport is a pain in the ass. I got Kane Hodder, Dick Warlock, and Robert England signatures on some art a buddy of mine does thats absolutely gorgeous.

Robert was $80 just for the signature and another $80 for a freaking selfie, so no pictures with Robert.

Kane was awesome, it was like $20 for a signature and pictures and he choked my son. Lol.

Dick Warlock is like 75, he was like a perfect grandpa figure. He told my kids ten times not to do drugs and to listen to us. Lol.

I could only find a couple I was able to pull from Facebook (I barely social media) Ill grab a living room picture tonight and see if I can find the pictures of the boys with Kane.

This is just my buddy's art.

The Labyrinth ones are my wifes, they are beautiful. #2 of 10 original on both of them (he kept #1)

The second one the two pictures on the outside are his, he didnt do that turtles.

The last one is the artist Chris "OZ" Fulton and my oldest son, we commissioned the Dr. Who Police Box, my son is a huge Dr. Who fan.

She is a really nice person and you can tell shes genuine with her fans. We had her on my podcast and she..man...is just an amazing, fun, and down to earth person.

Got back from MONSTER BASH convention in Pittsburgh PA this past weekend. Such a great time and more family oriented, which I like more as I get older. CHILLER can be too intense sometimes.
All sorts of books etc in the amazing Vendor's room.

Met John Russo and Greg Mank again and really nice talk with Greg and his wife Barbara.

Veronica Carlson, Martine Beswicke and Beverly Washburn (SPIDER BABY, OLD YELLER, SHANE, STAR TREK) were all as nice as could be.

yeah - it was def a place to get cool stuff. i liked the vendors who sold bootleg DVDs .. a good place to find those oddballs that havent been released to DVD that are way cheaper than buying them from an ebay seller.


i just got burned out - went to too many of those things for the magazine .. too many run ins with sleazy convention organisers. too many desperate indie film makers... i have so many shitty indie films that were shoved into my hands that are unwatchable junk.

i miss Seattle though - those were the most fun for me.
