Thanks, Hammer! Hey, I haven't seen Maleficent yet. What did you think of it?

Today I watched Tremors and two of it's four sequels. Just celebrating the original films release on this date, in 1990.

I actually saw Maleficent in theaters when it was out and loved it. Went with my sister who loved it so much she saw it again while it was still in theaters. 8)

Awwww Tremors and I are just about the same age. ::big grin::

I'm not an Angelina Jolie fan, but, I really liked it! I thought it was an interesting take on the story.

No question, the weather has been GREAT for movie watching. Always love those silver linings. ::cool::

It's just me and the critters at home all day, the roads are still shitty as hell around here so I'm housebound, and it's Tobe Hooper's birthday. Trying to jam as many of his films in as I can today.
Watched Poltergeist and just about to press play on Lifeforce. Next up? Eaten Alive followed by Toolbox Murders and then of course, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I don't get many days to do nothing and I'm going to take advantage of it.

Damn, your roads are still bad?! Holy hell! I'd be going nuts not being able to leave the house!

It's more the location than anything. We're in rural Pa, at the end of a gravel road that turns into a dirt road. With the higher temps and the melting snow, it's all flooded out right now. I'm not complaining. I'm watching movies and drinking wine. ;)

So watching Bag of Bones... I am not impressed. Am I not a proper horror fan to not be a fan of King? I mean it's not TERRIBLE, but as well it's not that GOOD either.

I've tried watching that so many times, and I never get far. I think I've finally given up.

It's something you kind of need to watch as background noise, so I drew while watching it. Otherwise I would've been annoyed with how horrible the characters are in it to take it seriously and I probably would've given up too. But giving it less attention (and having Peirce Brosnan in it), actually made it bearable to the point that I liked it more than I thought I would at the end.

I literally watched this movie while driving. That's how much attention I paid to it. (BTW I don't recommend doing this.)

That's not setting a good example for the kiddies, G.
