Well I'm speaking of the specific picture I linked. Her walking topless without nipples, removed I assume, as part of her breast cancer treatment/surgery.

I see and apologize for my ignorance. I was at work at took the NSFW warning to heart. It takes a lot of courage to do that. I lost the upper part of my left arm to cancer when I was 20 and I still, ten years later, feel weird about going out without a shirt on.
