Anyway, saw it last night and loved it too. A cleverly done, beautiful throwback to 80s low budget sci-fi action flick with plenty of gore. I'd love to see it become a series with The Kid & the 'Cowboy' Frederic (that guy kind of reminded me of Indiana Jones at times!) exploring more of as well as beyond the Wasteland. Though quite different than TK but as a 80s throwback, I loved Kung Fury more.

I loved this. I think Angra put it up in YouTube gems awhile ago. I can still watch it and find something I didn't catch before. Its a whole lot of entertainment packed into half an hour.

Just done watching, cool movie.
+Sweet blood and gore, Apple, Michael Ironside, Iron mask monkey dude, the locations and scenery, the music,...
-little too much synth and not enough eighties music.
-the Aussie cowboy: The character didn't feel right to me.
He looks like Indiana Jones, sounds like Crocodile Dundee and calls himself a cowboy. I think a regular redneck cowboy or a plain Indiana Jones rip-off would've been better.
He felt out of place. Might have to do something with the fact that he has a role in Wentworth and I've seen 3 seasons not that long ago.

I wonder if the full length version will be as epic. And yes, it will be made. A music video with David Hasselhoff and a Kung Fury ps4 game has come out, for crying out loud!!
