Can recommend this. imagine the thing meets alien on board a boat. i think a few of 'the thing' fans will really ejoy it. admittedly it is rather low budget, but i enjoyed it, and you will enjoy spotting the sci-fi references in it, give it a try and let me know what you think

Thought it was just ok.
But I thought it had a lot of potential and you could see the whole things was made out of love for the genre.

yeah, not the greatesst, but it was good to see sso much love and a lot of references, plus some of the acting was weak. I guess i'm still yearning for another 'thing classic' remake, excluding the actual remake a few years ago of course

I've seen a few reviews here and on horrordvds say that it isn't that good. I still want to see it for myself.

Its one of those that if you go in with low expectations, then you will perhaps be pleasantly surprised. However its certainly not a keeper
