I HATE DRIVERS IN TEXAS. So we are currently getting some residual super heavy rain from a Hurricane in the gulf. Im from St. Louis originally and am well versed in driving under such conditions. Most people here have no idea what to do. That's ok, I can live with that. My problem is that it seems to be common practice here to drive with your hazards on when the rain gets heavy or when it snows. I understand the thought that you will be easier to see, but for Christ's sake, think a little. When your cruising with your hazards on, nobody knows what your doing. So when you cut me off in the middle of a ridiculous storm and damn near run me into the median don't look surprised when I flip you off. Regardless of what you think, if your hazards are on, your fucking blinker doesn't work! Nobody knows when your wanting to get over, so you literally cut everyone off! I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, Im done, I apologize for that.

Also, on a side note, I thought about you when I ran into an article about a new indie film called Hellmouth. I posted the link over at the Indie section, you should check it out.

Maybe U.S. drivers in general. Pennsylvania isn't much better either. I get morons going 5-10 under the speed limit, and when I try to pass them they decide to speed up, almost causing a head-on collision with traffic in the other lane. ::roll eyes::
And don't even get me started on the three seasons of PA; Construction, winter, and more construction.

I feel you. I lived in the Dallas area my whole life up until I moved to Colorado about a month ago. 635 was always the worst.

I vouch for this post 100 percent. Pennsylvania is like some weird magnet for ridiculously slow drivers. Also, there seems to be some law that ANY turn made off of ANY road requires that the driver come to a complete stop before proceeding. I consider myself a very patient driver, but since I moved to Pa in 2002, my patience has worn to a bloody nub.

I'm not big on fog or white out snow, but you can't see where the hell you're going so I have good reason to be timid on the road in those conditions. My jeep has 4wd so rain and snow has never been an issue. Hate being stuck behind people who are afraid the weather or go like 10 under the speed limit cause they're afraid the construction cones will attack them or something. STAY HOME YOU PANSIES.

Welcome to PA, Repo'd. ::big grin::
Best part of PA traffic is that it's the drivers and not the Amish on the roads who are the most irritating.

635... I have to take it to and from work everyday. I live in Grapevine and work in Dallas. The entire highway is now being retro fitted with express lanes and therefor there is never ending road work on top of the typical mess. I guess that is why its the shaft of the cock in the metroplex dick. For you who aren't from Texas and don't understand what I mean, look at a map of Dallas and Fort Worth, follow the major highways and you will understand.
