IRC Chat?

Do you guys think this forum should have an IRC chat so that we can chat live about stuff, and we could even watch movies together and give our reactions? I think I remember someone saying that the site had something similar to this years before my time, but I was wondering if it could either be implemented or brought back if it used to exist.

There are barely a dozen posts a day. If people start chatting, I could see forum activity reach near zero.
