Merry Christmas everyone. Here's what I'm reading to get into the spirit of the season:

Really,REALLY good so far.

Spent my day watching Quarantine... it was pretty good, but it could've used a bit more originality since it was almost an exact copy of REC, and they should have used unknown actors to play the parts rather than Jennifer Carpenter and Jay Fernandez. This felt more like a movie while REC felt more like a newscast gone horribly wrong. I can't deny that it was scary, however. That's it.

Well the presents have been opened, the turkey cooked and eaten, the guests have all gone home and the mountain of dishes finished! Another Christmas done and dusted. Night, night forum. ::wink::

It's the American version of REC, that's why it's an exact copy.

The Ring is an American version of Ringu, and they're completely different. What's your point?

Think that's gonna become a Christmas tradition? ::big grin::

What is everyone doing for New Year's?

Dear Michael, it's been a tradition of mine for the last 20 years or so to just treat New Years Eve like any other night of the year. Sometimes I babysit. I think I'm a bit of a NYE grinch. I'm usually asleep by the time most people are "getting their drink on".

Watching Tusk? Not likely, although I did enjoy it. Watching horror on Christmas -- heck yeah, that sounds like a good tradition. Last year I didn't watch any horror on Christmas, although I watched The Conjuring the day after. The year before I watched Eskalofrío (aka Shiver) on Christmas Eve and Martha Marcy May Marlene on Christmas Day.
