Raimi says he, his brother and Campbell are writing it.
Not sure if this sounds like a good idea or not.

Not sure how much they can get out of an Evil Dead show but then again i say that about a lot of shows and have been proven wrong. I'll definitely check it out.

It'll need some gore, some good humor and Bruce's overacting.
If those elements are present, I would care less about the story.
Even though I'd prefer a good storyline.

The ED universe is rather expansive for horror possibilities. Let's see, it includes time travel, wormholes, possession, killer vegetation, Latin mumbo jumbo, cursed objects, animated body parts...the list goes on. How ED TV could fail on any network is beyond me. Of course, I'd rather it be pumped full of mayhem and gore, but even a sanitized version could at least be interesting, esp. with the Chin.

Needs to air on a channel like IFC or AMC which fits its audience---which I expect will be the case. I don't see the network channels showing much interest.

I just hope it doesn't go on HBO or Showtime. I don't have premium cable.

There are other ways to watch those...

AMC would be a good fit. They get away with much gore with Walking Dead
