Hi guys, this is my first post here but as there are some rewards with this Kickstarter and I've heard there's support here for the independent horror film scene that you guys will grant me mercy (I hope!).
Creeper is a completed film by a new and independent film studio recently born in the city of Ashland, Oregon. Written, directed, filmed and edited by a group of ambitious and recent graduates from Southern Oregon University (SOU), we have started this Kickstarter to aid the effort to submit the film to both our local film festival and some of the larger film festivals. We really feel we've made a film that that surpasses its nominal budget and deserves a chance to be seen by a wider horror audience.
The trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2soR5RYxTc
The entry fees, travel costs, and other submission related costs of film festivals add up quickly. The initial $3,500 is to make sure we can enter our local Ashland film festival and apply to other festivals and travel to the two that seem like they will be the most beneficial to getting the movie out to horror and thriller fans. If you like quality independent horror film-making, we would be humbled by your support:
