A similar thread to things your tired of, but different, what really annoys you in horror films. Here's mine
People being 'really stupid' I know you can say 'yeah we'll you wouldn't be thinking calmly' but it really annoys me when people don't run or pick up a weapon, or worse, pick it up then make a lame ass attempt at using it, or even worse, hit the baddy and don't bother finishing them off
Jump scares, these just irritate the hell out of me, particularly prevalent, in supernatural movies, it just seems the cheapest, easiest way to get a scare.
More please

Sex scenes.....I think it's stupid and unnecessary. If I want to see that stuff, I will simply rent a porn. ::sad::
Girls screaming constantly, it's so annoying!! What really gets me is when they are running away from the killer, screaming loudly, it's saying "hey, I'm right here, come and get me". ::mad::
The way that some of the Stephen King movies have been made, simply terrible. Sleepwalkers is the best example.
When a truly good story is screwed up by bad actors/directors. Autumn is the perfect example.
And most of all...."I think we should split up". Oh yeah, that's a great idea!!!!

Adults that don't believe what a kid is telling them
Cruel children like the Bad Seed or those kids making fun of Tommy and Jamie in Halloween and Halloween 4
Constant screaming like I know your're scared but jeez
Rape I hate it even if the person is gonna get their revenge I just can't watch
Dogs getting killed trying to save your ass cause you didn't take their barks of warning seriously lol

Repetitiveness. I've seen countless horror movies and it does not entertain me to see the same concept and similar endings all over again. Same goes with remakes. If it's a remake of a movie I've already seen, then I'm not interested. When it's a remake of a movie I haven't seen, I'll give it a try - maybe the original contained some good plot twists and original ideas.

The stereotypical college kids/party scenes they're so intolerable, cringworthy and you're just rooting for them to get killed. I couldn't make it through cabin in the woods because of it.

When a family moves into a new house, and it's haunted. Like wtf how many haunted houses are there?

The girl running that always falls down, and can't seem to get up.
The smart ass tough guy is the first to go.
The nonchalant unaware people that don't see that the killer is standing right behind them.
People that insist on sticking their head in holes they shouldn't.
The old crippled slow moving partially decomposed undead guy that always catches the 19 year old track star that got a huge head start.

I also hate how a teenager can beat this impossible villain somewhat simply.

My pet peeves:
Unrealistic emotional responses from the characters.
Characters making really poor and illogical decisions, over and over.
Not cutting off the monster's head when it's down.
Dropping the weapon after the monster falls down.
Staying in the house/hotel/etc. after it has become apparent that it is haunted/monster-infested/etc.
