View Full Version : Why doesn't anything happen with the main page of this site?

This website is sitting on what should be a gold mine of an url, 'horror.com', so why isn't it being maintained? There hasn't been any updates since halloween of 2012. If I owned this url I would never have allowed to to languish like it that. What happened? Are there any plans to do anything with the site? What is the story here?

I think Horror lost interest in it. They even let Stacie go (she did the movie reviews and interviews). I know, it's really a shame. It could be a kick-ass website.

I used to see forum posts from a Stacie I think. I was wondering why they stopped. I saw Horror.com on one of those Horror or Friday the 13th specials. It is odd that nothing is happening with the site.

Yeah, she was let go last year I think. She was the only one that did any maintenance or new content. Who knows what will happen going forward. If they decide to sell the domain, we could be in trouble over here forum-side.

Horror.com should be a fortune if they sell it. But why would they? This should be the place for horror stuff. I don't know why it isn't. Any other sites for horror movies? I only know of Bloody Disgusting. And Ain't it Cool talks about horror a lot.

I just watched that Jason special again. Stacie was on it. I think that and the Slasher: Going to Pieces special is where I found this forum. Shame it's not being used as much anymore.

Bloody Disgusting is a good site though with a more than fair share of snobs. HalloweenForum.com has a lot of lively sub-forums. Horror.com is going through its usual dead months (no pun intended).
