Here's a flash fiction piece I wrote a few days ago. The challenge was to write a story based on a randomly generated title assigned by blog owner G Arthur Brown (https://www.facebook.com/garthurbrown). What came out was something completely different than I usually write. I'm usually very traditional in my approach to plot and character. I try to create compelling characters and strong plots. This piece? No characters at all. Not even a plot to speak of. See what you think. And thanks to G Arthur Brown for publishing it.

An eldritch yarn indeed! As much of the continental U.S. is blanketed with snow tonight, be grateful you are not a subject of Jaloonga...:scared to death:
