Indeed, all the best! Celebrated Thanksgiving for the first time ever this year (my house includes 3 people who have spent significant portions of their lives in the US). T'was actually pretty darn fun! Posting for food pics in the Cooking thread.
In any case, hoping the best for everyone. Stuff yourselves and look forward to the onset of Advent!

Hope everyone had a good holiday! My husband and I hosted both his family and my family and we decided to go super lazy and buy a pre-cooked meal from the super market. Best. Decision. Ever.
It was a good night. Still eating leftovers.

My nephew and his wife cooked. They did a lot better than they did last year. Everything was delicious! She made a mushroom gravy from scratch that was out of this world! AND, she gave me leftovers to take home! Woo hoo! Best holiday for me - no cooking, no cleanup, and I get leftovers! ::big grin::

This is our second year "hosting." Last year we all went out to dinner. bahaha

Sometimes it's nice being the "spinster aunt"! ::big grin:: I don't have room in my apartment to host a holiday dinner.
Happy belated holidays all....been a busy weekend...ya know...eating...drinking..family fun.
