Hey everyone,

This is my first post on this forum so I thought I'd start off in the upcoming horror movies section. Super excited for this October in terms of horror, mainly because of The Monkey's Paw. I read the short story in school and the trailer for this one looks really really cool. If you guys haven't found it, you can watch it here: http://monkeyspawthemovie.com/

I'm also excited for Carrie, but I feel like I've never seen a feature length adaptation of The Monkey's Paw, only the Simpsons episode.

What are you guys looking forward to this October?

Thanks for the heads up. I am usually skeptical of some of the things put out by Chiller but it's hard to see how they could mess up The Monkey's Paw.

Yeah, but the cast looks really good and it's hard to imagine Stephen Lang not giving an awesome performance, especially as the villain. Even though they seem to change up the short story a bit, I like what they're going for. It gives it kind of a Pet Semetary and Strangers on a Train vibe. Definitely looking forward to it.
