Insidious is scarier but Drag Me To Hell has a better story.

Ouch... tough question, but I agree with The Villain... Drag Me To Hell does have the best story, and Insidious is definitely much more spooky... Drag Me To Hell is more gross than scary.
Drag Me To Hell is a better made movie than Indisious, but Insidious is more creative...
It makes it difficult for me to vote, because it would completely depend on my mood which one I would prefer to watch.

I would say Insidious, but I did enjoy Drag me to Hell. A tough call though.
