Men in Black 4

Sony Pictures has started development on the fourth movie in the Men in Black franchise, EW has confirmed.

Oren Uziel, who is writing the upcoming Mortal Kombat movie, has scored the screenwriting gig for MIB 4. He is also writing Sony’s sequel to 21 Jump Street, last year’s hit comedy starring Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill. That sequel will open on June 6, 2014.

No release date has been set for MIB 4.

My input on this film would have to be a resounding: "...meh..."

The third one was alright, I think that Brolin did a wonderful job as the young K. However, you would think that after the end of that film, everything had come full circle and there was no real need for another sequel other than Columbia pictures looking for more money. With alot of flagship film franchises under their control, the last place they need to look for intriguing ideas is this dead horse.
