I think that one's called: "I Failed My Typing Test!"
Just kidding. Got to be fairly modern. It's like something one would see from the The Thing 2011 (prequel to The Thing). It had insect/segmented legs coming out of bodies, but I saw that movie, and I don't remember this shot specifically.
Actually the look of it, black and white and all, it might be a Guillermo del Toro movie.

Awesome! I can't take my eyes off that! I've never seen the movie if the clip is from a feature length film though.
