Unknown Film Please Help!!!!!!!

I remember watching a really good horror film that came to the cinema around 2007 ish and was wondering if anyone could help me remember the name of it. It was about a woman who had just started looked after a little boy and girl who's mother had died. She found a nanny cam in their bear and you think that the mum was the evil one. I remember the ending where shes crawling under an abandoned hospital in tunnels and the skeleton of the mum if trying to get her, but you find out she is trying to help her and the little girl was the evil one?
Anyone remember this film???

I remember something about a fire, am drawing a complete blank on who the lead actress was.......damn, this is really bugging me now!
