Do a poor mans copyright.
Write it-get it notorized(only a few bucks)
Then mail it to yourself and don't open it.

The "poor-mans copywrite" as it were, is no longer legally binding as of 2 or 3 years ago, when new copywrite laws went into effect..

You need to file a federal copywrite to protect yourself legally, its the only way.
