Sea lab is alright, i only really like the BIZARRO episode...
what kind of tv you guys getting?? me and my brother have been looking at alot of HDTV's the past week, sale at curcuit city and all....
fluffho
05-16-2004, 10:43 PM
hitachi. but thats cuz my neighbor works for them and hooks us up LOL
the other option is a plasma but im just not likin the plasma qualities right now, ya know?
anyway, heres a guidline for you: 50 inches $1500. 60 inches $1800 (these are from online warehouse sellers, factory direct type shit which yuo may want to look into)
just saying that cuz i had a friend buy a 32 for $1300. ripped the fuck off!!
at least over here, the circuit city is a lot nicer than the best buy. meaning, best buy looks more ilke a factory whereas circuit looks ilke an actual store. HENCE, best buy is a lot cheaper. but i guess it depends on where ya look and what sales r going on. lol if u cant tell i really hate being ripped off

you and me both...getting ripped off sucks...and you knw you are when you buy via curciut city or best buy....buying online direct is the way to go....
I dont have the money tho...me thinks.....i think i should just wait to get a plasma or atleast a high quality hdtv.....
fluffho
05-16-2004, 10:52 PM
yeh it is a lot bette deal online usualyl but typically with online theres the whole issue of sihpping and shit
my mama works with the post office and i know they do a good job but not all places do a good job
as for plasmas.. id love one but they just arent up to par yet. id give at least 5 years
what is your budget?
Arioch

Dont know really, i just want an affordable HDtv, they look so sweet and i saw one used with a dvd and s-video cables, fucking sweet...

05-16-2004, 11:00 PM
dude.. i wish i remmebreed that site. the site we were looking on with the 50 inch for $1500 had everything knocked off quite a bit..
at least for the 60 inch the original price was $2200 or so, oif course my memory is a bit fuzzy. oir a lot fuzzy
anyway, i dont think it would be that hard to find on google or some thing.
maybe yuo haev a friend at bestbuy that can buy it for you? probabyl with circuit too, but i know bestbuy gives like 40% employee discount.
keep in mind too your size. originally we wanted the 60 inch, but this model has the speakers on the side making it more like 70. not to mention its widescreen. but id definitely say go bigger, even if it means having to wait longer. i mean unless u plan on staying int he APT forever.
im pretty good with waiting.. i stil have $150 of my xmas money

so finally she sits him right next to me and i finalyl realized why.. ended up wit him the whle year. nose picking was only the half of it
then of course she had to put another dude,Aaron right behind me. it wasnt sure wy everyone picked on him. i mean he didnt do nose picking but again ditn take long for me to realize why
Aa - "frau, do i give her half off cuz she didnt dot the I?"
ugh..

impressed? meh. oh its a hitachi ultravision digital 50 "
wel my mom s watching TNT right now and its in widescreen format. however i was watching cartoon network last night and it had a bar on both sides (right and left) cuz im guessing cartoon network is in regular screen format.
but then again, it could just be some setting. i know that with the HDTV u need some sort of tuner. i never was one to read instructions (im a push a button and see what happens type of chick)
BUT i will say its definitely nice to have a big tv again!! i was gettin tired of that fuckin 10incher......

Look up Mothman on the web. I had a print out before on all of the reports. There were so many credible ones it makes it easy to believe. Liked the movie, but it takes from parts of the real accounts and mixes them together.
There was also another story regarding that place regarding an Indian curse. Read that too. Weird place! Like to go there even though the sightings have stopped!

The Lord will be coming soon to kill the wicked and save the good. This is because God does not like people doing this. It is sick and wrong, and thanks to them I along with the other wicked and evil people am going to hell sooner. Oedipuses isn't a word. So, I assume you mean Oedipus's. Oedipus's is a son of Laius and Jocasta, who was abandoned at birth and killed his father, then married his own mother. Or you would mean Oedipism? It has two meanings:
1. A self-infliction of injury to the eyes, usually an attempt at evulsion.
2. Manifestation of the Oedipus complex.
Or maybe you mean Opuses. It's a creative work, especially a musical composition numbered to designate the order of a composer's works.

Actually...You add the apostrophe at the END of a word to show possession IF the word is ALSO plural, and as most plural words DO tend to end with the letter "s"...It does look that way....
ie:.....bear's.....possessive...belonging to a bear
.........bears......plural...more than one bear
.........bears'.....plural AND possessive...belonging to more than one bear:)

A Nightmare On Elm Street
Scary Movie (you know that movie isn't "scary", right?)
Slumber Party Massacre
Halloweem
Halloween 6
House of a 1,000 Corpses
Evil Dead (it's more of a comedy then a movie if it is anything like "Army of Darkness".)

hey... did it seem like X 2 was kind of a middle story to you?... like empire strikes back? ... i mean it had plenty of action and stuff, it just seemed like something was that way about it... because i felt better about the first one

oh yea i know that... they even mentioned it on some of the special featurettes i think... but i'm just asking if it seemed like something was a little tiresome with the movie like most middle movies

I bet thats exactly what happens, like in the Comics and shit. The Pheonix part, I mean. I liked this one a better then the first one at most parts. But I miss Sabbertooth. He was cool. The first one's battle scene's were more intense. I could almost predict every thing that happens next in X-2. And there was more introduction in the first one. Say if someone never even herd or seen X-Men before, they watch X-Men, they will know. But X-2 is one of those movies that you have to watch the first one to understand.
