OK, I'm going to show how stupid I am, but I didn't know you could get horror movie soundtracks on iTunes - it never even occurred to me to look.

Yeah, I got most of it from iTunes. They have quite a variety.

Goblin's score for Suspiria is probably my favourite.

I also like Keith Emerson's score for Inferno.

I thought that the score for The Evil Dead's pretty good as well and is never acknowledged.

Dawn Of The Dead has good moments.

And then there's Pino Donaggio's work for Don't Look Now and Carrie. Beautiful scores, just beautiful.

I second the soundtracks to Suspiria and Inferno but also recommend Tenebrae and The Omen.

Philip Glass's CANDYMAN hands down....

Halloween ofcourse

And the nightmare series has awesome music
