So now that i've calmed down i realize that i really overreacted in the list your worst movies ever thread. I was having a really bad day and everything was making me mad so i flipped out. I realize that it was just a joke but i felt like everyone involved was making fun of me. Usually this kind of thing doesn't get to me but for some reason it did yesterday. I just wanted to say that i'm sorry for taking the thread off topic and for the insulting things that i said. Hopefully we can just all move on because i really do enjoy coming here.

I used to be a really angry guy. I've actually dealt with anger issues my whole life. For awhile i've been doing better with it and not had trouble but lately i've felt my old tendencies return to me. Honestly, if i wasnt dealing with other things yesterday that were making me really upset the stuff in the thread wouldn't have even bothered me. Hopefully i won't have another outburst like that.

Can't say I blame you for getting mad. There are people here who can try the patience of a saint.

I've noticed. I'll just have to deal with it and not let it bother me.

I like "Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things".

All's well that ends well.

Regarding anger/ very short-temper/ exploding fury, you should see me in real life. ;)

I've dealt with anger all my life. I still struggle with it now. I don't lash out psychically but verbally. So I know where you are coming from. I can only tell you to find the way to deal with it that is best for you. For me it's taking long walks and listening to music. Maybe a drive. The occasional xanax.

Don't worry if you lost your temper on here I think most of us have at some point or other. You haven't committed a crime. Things get heated on the internet its human nature nothing wrong with it as long as it doesn't drag out for weeks on end-you said you had a bad day that's all it was-I hope you are able to move on from whatever happened. Take care.

Dude, you are cool in my book. You've been nothing but chillax since you've been here. I'm sure even Ghandi lost his temper atleast once. You are one cool cat in my book!:)

It's my understanding that the incident was deleted from the thread because it took it off topic.

Thanks guys. I just hate exploding like that and don't want people thinking about me like that since i've struggled with it for so long. I'm glad there are a lot of cool people here like you guys, or else i probably wouldn't still be here.

Hey Villain, don't worry - you seem like a nice guy.

It is good to see that you at least recognise your problem with anger and actively try to fix it. There are lots of people walking around with anger problems who just tend to blame everyone else for it. It is unlikely that they can ever fix their problem if they don't even accept responsibility for it.

So kudos for trying to make yourself a better person. It is something that we should all be striving for in our own way, because none of us are perfect.
