So someone was joking about an imaginary dish called "Cowporken," sort of a joke on "Turducken," the turkey duck chicken dish.
Cowporken, of course, would be beef and pork and chicken somehow combined. Ha ha! Funny joke! But right now, this very moment, I have some cowporken baking in the oven. And tomorrow, some people are gonna try it! For the first time!
I took the meat off a whole cooked chicken, chopped it up a bit, kneaded it in with a bunch of hamburger seasoned with a lot of garlic, and then chopped up a bunch of cooked pork sausage and mixed that in. Baking it should join the whole thing together. I think maybe you could eat it with stuffing.
:eek::cool:
