I know this is very little to go on, but it's all I have, and I've been impressed before by how little it takes for a dedicated movie watcher to figure one out.
I am certain that it's one I've seen, but after a few days of failing to dig it out of my memory, I beseech the horror community for help.

*Sigh*
I don't know what else can possibly be done to direct people to the correct place to post this kind of question short of delivering an electric shock through the keyboard.

It's because people are too lazy to look around.

I don't want to be rude, especially when asking for help, but I laughed out loud at this, because I had spent hours searching the Net for this thing on every horror movie fan site I could find. Take me at my word that I don't go bugging forums without doing due diligence first. :)
What I'm starting to suspect is that I may be wrong about the genre...

I know for certain that it's not Tourist Trap. I wish I had a better image. What's hard to see is that there are little things protruding from the upper cheekbones.
