"Jeremiah isn't your ordinary serial killer. He believes that he is the Angel of Death and that it is his duty to torture and kill those chosen to die. Sarah Crane is just an ordinary girl working in a video store harboring a crush on a guy she knows nothing about. Tyler Rogue is a mysterious drifter desperately trying to find himself. When these three meet, blood will be shed, horrors will be revealed and destinies will be sealed."

This is my novel Jeremiah. It's a 89,000 word/280 page novel that I wrote last year. It was published by Publish America. It is available on their website and on amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com.

Any chance of it being made available for nook?

The Villain

I didnt have that selection when it got published but i do now but dont have the money at the moment to do it. Im not really liking that publisher anymore especially since they charge so much for the books. For my next one, which im writing now i'm hoping to get it published through someone else which will hopefully support nook's and kindles and the like.

The only thing that's keeping me from buying it myself is the Mt. Everest of books I have to get through. Seriously, my bedroom looks like a library exploded in there. I can't justify buying a book until the mountain gets down to an ant hill.

How many have you sold?

The Villain
07-24-2011, 05:57 PM
Well i bought 10 with my author's discount and sold them all to people at a cheaper price. I won't know how many other's i've sold until August. They send out 2 checks a year. The other is in February and it got published after that.

I published mine myself through Amazon's Kindle direct, and the print version through Createspace, also owned by Amazon.

My first month I sold 15 copies, but did a week of free promos on kindle and had around 300 downloads.

So far this month I've only sold 4. Its tough no matter which way you go, but at least this way you can track your sales real time and keep a bigger cut of the profits.

Congrats on the 3rd book! Very interesting premise.

By the way, might I ask how much it would cost to put your book on Kindle?

Thanks. I don't remember anymore. The book was formatted wrong which is why I can't put it on the kindle. Gonna make sure my next one is done right.

I've been writing horror stories since I was about ten, when I wrote a weird novella about some evil flesh-eating seaweed killing people on an island, which was heavily influenced by the movies The Fog and The Thing. I never finished that story - but I continued writing horror fiction as I grew up. I've collected some of my completed stories into two collections, available on Amazon.

The Bone Yard and Other Stories contains fifteen stories, including one first published in Hideous Progeny: A Frankenstein Anthology. The other collection - Bloodways - has some stories previously published in UK magazines.

You can find my books at this link: http://www.amazon.com/John-Moralee/e/B005HV75EG or in the UK at http://www.amazon.co.ukJohn-Moralee/e/B005HV75EG

I'd welcome visitors at my blog www.mybookspage.wordpress.com, which is about writing in general. There's about a hundred comic strips and other things over there.

Thanks for reading this.
