Hey. I've been a smoker for about 5 years or so now.
I started when I was 17 and I'm 21 now. Naturally I want to quit because of the risks.
I've tried patches, gum, meditation, but the fact is I like smoking, so it's hard to want to stop.
If they just made marijuana legal in the UK then I would just smoke that as it's more healthy, but alas years government bull shit and weak minded heroin junkies has made this an impossibility for now.

My friend recently got an Electric Cigarette which uses E-Liquid, which is a liquidised nicotine you use to re-fill this fake fag.
You basically smoke as you would a cigarette.
It lights up at the end, and blows out steam for a real effect.

I got one myself and it's working out great. But now I'm seeing shit on the news and rumours that they're not safe either, purely because it's an untested product.

Are they dangerous? or is this just bollocks to put you off them because cigarette companies rule this world with their taxes and shit?

I'm curious, does anyone else have one, and have they had any problems?

My dad smoked for 33 years and could never quit.

Then he started using the e-cigarette, and he has been off of them for about a year. It's quite impressive, actually. He just loves that thing. He says it doesn't really beat the taste of a real cigarette but it does get rid of the cravings.

I'd highly recommend it to anybody. Especially the chocolate flavored kind.
