View Full Version : Hello everyone!
I'm new, just joined today. You can call me Loki. I've been a horror movie fan for 7 years, and lately I've been working my way down the best-horror-movies.com Top 100 of All Time list. I'm willing to take other recommendations, though.
My favorite movie is Silence of the Lambs. It's on the list, but honestly I don't really count it as horror. My favorite horror movie that I actually consider to be horror is probably Halloween. Classic. And of course, there's always Dead Alive for a good laugh.
So, who are you, what's your favorite movie, and what are your recommendations?

Hello and welcome-fave movie is The Beyond (1981).
Is Dead Alive another name for Bad Taste or Braindead? You might like Zombie Flesh Eaters (1980)aka Zombi 2 if you like those.
Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.
Yes, Dead Alive (1992)'s original New Zealand title is 'Braindead.' I liked it solely because it was hysterical! I will look into the titles you recommended. :)
Welcome Loki....newb here.
I agree with your weekly rec.

Agreed that Silence of the Lambs isn't exactly horror, Halloween is classic and Dead Alive is hilarious. Since you haven't said anything I disagree with yet, I can safely say welcome aboard.

We have several Top 100 lists here for you to wrk your way through.
As far as recommendations, I say Exorcist III. My personal favorite movie of all time and one of the most under appreciated movies ever.

Don't worry, I'll be on here all the time!
Once I'm done with my current Top 100 list, I'll start working down the rest. The work of a horror movie buff is never done, in my opinion.
Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone. (:
