Just wondering if anyone has this...?
I have it on 360 and personally while a few of my favourites were missing, like....Flashback, zombies ate my neighbours, revenge of the shinobi, the "strike" series...where, Sega, where???...it's a fairly well balanced collection that would please most Sega fans of back in the day.
I mean, the whole phantasy star collection of the 8-16 bit era, huge amount of gaming hours there, and for those who haven't checked them out they're IMO some of the best top-down rpgs there ever were.
Sonic collection had to make it of course, you've got all the streets of rage games too which is pretty damn pleasing, along with the Ecco games for those that like something nice to look at and frustrating to play.

Anyways, while on pimp mode - this one's well worth the money and I look forward to seeing another collection.

So here's a question for those that might have the collection already...
I've been going through the "challenges" to unlock the entire collection of games...not too far yet, just unlocked "golden axe warrior" and "phantasy star 1" of Sega master system fame.
The next one is to get Alien Syndrome...which in all honesty I never liked too much, but I want the whole collection functional in any event.
You have to play 3 levels of alien storm (which I don't like either) without losing a life. The only thing is, I remember this game being exceedingly difficult...largely due to poor impact point issues...
Anyway I noticed that there's red dots that you can increase and decrease at the title screen of the collection, next to every game title.
Does anyone know what these are for?
Are they to gauge the difficulty.

But yeah either way, collection is well worth what theyre charging for it now, I'd recommend picking it up to anyone.

Sounds cool, whats this bad boy running?$60 usd?

I didn't know Sega released Zombies Ate My Neighbors, if memory serves correctly I played it on SNES.

Does it have Mutant League Football by any chance?

Resolved that, turned it to "easy" on the settings...I don't usually like to do that but it was to meet an objective.

Yeah it's pretty cool to be able to play the MD games again, fullscreen, 2 player, without any dodgy emulation software.
Not sure what the cost is at all...probably even cheaper than what you suggested though I'd say.

Nope, none of the ML stuff...actually I don't think it has any sports or driving based games on it at all. It's a good collection but, considering the extensive library of Sega MD I suppose it's easy enough to see why not all of them made it on...ah well, there's likely future releases too.

Ive got this one, you're right about it being a quality collection of most of the titles you would want.

I haven't devoted too much time to it though, so much to get through on it. Think when I got it there was a sale on, cost no more than £20, great value.

Those red dots are how much you like the game. You can sort the list by "your rating" or something like that (worded differently) which puts your fave games higher up on the list. For instance, if you were to look at my menu Dr. Robotnick's Mean Bean Machine is the first game on the list (with 5 stars (bubbles?)).
