Help Me Choose the right laptop!

Hey guys! please help me decide on one of these awesome laptops *my price limit is £580*

£579 (i3 with 3gb ram and 1gb graphics card)

£529 (i3 with 4gb ram and 512mb graphics card)

I would be using it primarily for gaming, listening to music and editing/watching videos (no streaming)

The software i wish to use on it is: Photoshop,Sony Vegas,After Effects,Flash etc.

The games i wish to play on it are: COD 4 & 5, Gothic 3 & 4, and various other games.

Note - Don't dont care about the size of the harddrive (i have 3tb worth of external harddrives).

I need a laptop that will run on at least medium game settings and will be able to run multiple programs at once (e.g spotify,cod4 and xfire)

The second one sound like the best to me. I'm no expert however... but 4GB of ram would be sweet for all the Adobe programs. I've got no idea about graphics cards so whether that one is any good is a mystery to me haha.

You may strike a bit of trouble running various games in Windows 7 I know I did.
