I do this most years; decide on a "marathon" of films to watch on Halloween. I usually don't get through them all out of circumstance, but I DO try.

There's the staple double feature:

Halloween
Halloween II

This year I shall be complementing it with...

Nightmare On Elm Street III

AND

at least one good horror being shown on television that I haven't seen before, since I've seen most of the stuff in my collection already.

How about the rest of you?

Halloween 3: Season Of The Witch

I'm with you on Halloween 3 Wickerfan. I love that movie. You just have to dis-associate it from the series. Great stand alone flick.

Halloween is a given but I also watch some of the original classics. The original Dracula, Frankenstein and the Wolfman all get a viewing. Maybe some Hammer films thrown in.
Plus you can't beat Theater Of Blood or a Dr. Phibes film for a Price fix. Wish it was Halloween all year long, lol.

I agree with the above classics, you can never tire of those legendary horror films. Personally this year I will be watching 3 of the greatest of the genre.

Ghostbusters - A great tradition to get the season going!
28 Days Later - The ultimate zombie movie.
The Descent - Hot girls. Gore. Hot girls. Disgusting creatures. Hot girls. Easy choice.

Check out the complete list of horror movies for this Halloween at Movie Moles (www.moviemoles.com) and check out the Halloween Movie Guide (http://www.moviemoles.com/halloween-movie-guide-part-5)!

Don't be a stranger, we love movies too!

Sounds like a good lineup. I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes Halloween 3.:o

Halloween all year long? "I live with snakes and lizards; and other things that go bump in the night; cause to me every day is Halloween; I've given up hiding and started to fight."

Halloween
Halloween 3: Season Of The Witch
Trick R Treat
The Dark Secret Of Harvest Home
The Blair Witch Project
The Ring
Salem's Lot

Looks like a great lineup. Definitely agree with The Dark Secret Of Harvest Home and Salem's lot.

I will definitely delete Blair Witch project and would add in it's place Night Of The Demon.

I have never seen Halloween 3: The Season Of The Witch. Think I will go to Barnes & Noble and see if they have it.

I don't have The Ring or Trick R Treat but will substitute with The Exorcist and Race With The Devil.

And maybe a couple of episodes from Boris Karloff's Thriller!

I think I will have a good supply of claret to calm my nerves!

Pretty much always watch:

Salems Lot
&
Phantasm

But beyond that I just let my mood dictate what I watch. No point having a set plan to watch some slow burning heavyweight horror only to sit down to watch it and realise you just arent in the mood anyway.
