Hello, Everyone. I am a huuuuge fan of slasher film franchises.
such as Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on elm street, Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc.

my favorite franchises are:
Friday the 13th (Obviously)
A Nightmare On Elm Street
Halloween
The Texas chainsaw massacre

my favorite Friday the 13th movies are
-Part III (1982)
-Part IV: The Final Chapter (1984)
-Part VI: Jason Lives (1986)
-Part VII: The New Blood (1988)
-Friday the 13th (2009)

my favorite Nightmare on Elm street movies are
-Part I (1984)
-Part II: Freddy's Revenge (1985)
-Part III: Dream Warriors (1987)
-Freddy's Dead: The final nightmare (1991)
-Freddy Vs. Jason (2003)
-A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)

my favorite Halloween movies are
-John Carpenter's Halloween (1978)
-Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988)
-Halloween: Resurrection (2002)
-Rob Zombie's Halloween (2007)
-Rob Zombie's Halloween II (2009)

& my favorite TCSM movies are:
-Part I (1974)
-Part II (1986)
-The Next Generation (1994)
-TCSM (2003)
-The Beginning (2006)

Even though most people hate it I dig Freddy's Revenge too. Halloween 2 remake though? A real shitter imo.

It was a love/hate thing for me for Rob Zombie's Halloween II, I loved the brutal kill scenes, but the story was awful.

I guess I'm the only old guy here because my favorite slasher film is the original "Psycho".
The sequels were fun and I never saw the remake.
As for more modern era franchises "A Nightmare On Elm Street" wins all the way.

I'm a huge fan of the Friday the 13th franchise, just got the Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th remake 2009) figure produced by NECA (already had the Mezco toys version) & both figures stand around 7 inches. Great stuff.
