now after watching a few treacherous Ive gotten curious to what killing scene really seems so deadly tormenting that you think about yourself in the same dreadful situation! I say that the leech and toilet death scene in sleep away camp 2 is the most brutal!

It's a lot of fun.

Dario Argento murder scenes are extremely brutal. If you haven't seen his work, you must do so immmediately.:)http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_LZ92yTgKeAQ/R5oPx-uu6II/AAAAAAAADOI/78fEOGagbZo/s320/suspiria2.jpg

Mordum takes the cake for me with lovely scenes like forcing a dude to cut off his own dick with scissors :D

That scene is gold. Sleepless is his most underrated flick IMO everyone writes it off because its later-era Argento.

August Underground Mordum certainly is one of the most brutal films I have seen.

The first two Guinea Pig films are quite brutal. Probably the second is the most graphic, but less realistic than the first.

Scrapbook has some brutal scenes as well.

Really, you just have to look at this thread:

Not really a "horror" movie, but that "fire extinguisher" scene in Irréversible was quite brutal!

There is a particularly horrific death at the end of a solid yet unremarkable film called 100 Feet, with Famke Janssen.

Its a young bloke being beaten to death by a nasty ghostie, but I thought it was quite effective.

Can't go wrong with Visitor Q and Ichi the Killer. Lots of great gore in those two.

I saw this german nastie a few weeks ago. At the beginning of the film someone wants to off themselves but changes their mind. However, fate has other ideas. They end up on a different floor and in the parking lot at the same time. This is just a taste of whats coming. See it if you can find it. Its worth your while. I agree that Inside was brutal. Unfortunately, what happened in that movie has happened in the real world. The term thats used is post-partum depression. Sad but true

I forgot. Try Meadowoods if you havent already. Very bleak and sad. I guess they call it a "bubble bath and razorblade movie"
