Strangest creature found on Earth

I don’t think these photos requires any special comment. These are fantastic world news worthy of headlining any newspaper around the world. This creature, was found on Thailand, its strangely shaped body leaves a lot of mastery around it. The photographer has captured with his camera a truly unique and amazing moment, and got himself a fantastic photographs that make up a great story.

As all good mysteries it happens in far away from the technology wonders of the modern society in Thailand. You can see a lot of local folks in the background of these photos that seem to worship this creature they have “found”. The end result is an even more absurd and even humorous scene. They managed to get me even more amazed by this baby powder and juices they brought as a tribute to this creature. They have even brought a fan to keep it well preserved for the scientists.

Lets turn to the main subject, or should I say object, of this photo series the fantastically colored and shaped body of the creature. There has been a lot of debates about what this creature might be and that is exactly the beauty of mystery, the inability to solve it. It might be some kind of strange animal, it even looks like a mythical creature. Honestly I don’t know what to think about this event. These photographs do raise more questions than answers...

That's pretty damn creepy.

If it was something legit, I think it would've been a little more widely publicized though. This would be a homerun for the media. It's not politic or government related... just good ol' rating whoring. :)

I don't get it. When WE find a weird little mutant thing like that it gets taken off and within a couple of days is found to be either fake or just something out of the ordinary (unless after the initial discovery and blury photograph it "disappeared"). When it gets found in an LEDC it gets worshipped! I mean, I get that some of these people live such hard lives they'll cling on to hope for anything but still, it looks like a mutant baby who has pig hooves. Don't worship it; fear it.

Those were some pretty cool stories, thanks for the links.

A problem almost bigger than finding some of these elusive creatures, IS THE PEOPLE finding them. I swear, they are some of the least credible/competent people I've ever seen. You've got the natives with that goat thing overseas that will probably let that thing rot before anybody does tests or can identify it properly... the guys that found the bigfoot won't let anyone but the other bigfoot specialist see it... and that monster thing washed up on shore was left to rot and is now a skeleton and a pic on a digital camera.

Gimme a break.

If I found something like this, I'd be showing it to as many people as possible and would let any scientist take whatever samples they wanted off of it.

Sadly those stories on CNN are as far as those discoveries will ever go. We'll never hear the outcome. As is typical with most "monster" stories.

It's fun to believe in this stuff... but until I see something tangible... I'm still skeptical.

It does look photoshopped to me. If you look at every photo there's a clear sharp edge where the head meets the body.
