Hey hey, anyone remember these? I was lucky enough to get my hands on some a couple years ago and have loved them ever since. If you are lookin for them they usually are lurkin around Ebay for about 5 bucks an issue, check em out :D

For its era the art inside rules, I would reccomend anyone to pick them up.
Thanks for posting that Blizz. I used to have like the first three of those. I remember the first issue having Freddy holding a girl in his claw. They were awesome as hell. Black and white and Freddy was totally in character yet they had a creepy atmosphere.

my bro, has FREDDY'S DEAD: THE FINAL NIGHTMARE
(1 & 2) but didnt get #3, which was the 3D one,... he(my bro.) used 2 work in a trading card store here in adelaide, back in '91, when the basketball cards(NBA of course) were just starting 2 take off in Australia.. he picked up the freddy comics from a card trading show.. we used 2 have a few horror trading cards, but cant find any in the card archives(theShed!!)...
Btw does any one know the plot to any of the comics, and if they tie into the movies?
hi Killer Clown#1 ... the freddys dead series of comics seems 2 follow the storyline of freddy pt6 , freddys dead. im not sure about the plot of the THE BEGINNING , they were written/illustrated in 1992...

I remember "The Begining" series being sort of a prequel in a sense to the entire Nightmare series. Freddy was just starting out using his dream powers. I think they came out sometime after part 3 or 4 of the films. I remember a scene where Freddy comes out of a George Washington painting complete with wig and out fit and grabs a girl. They were awesome. The stories were excellent and the art was amazing. Definitely looked to be straight out of a Nightmare film.
