As some of you might know, I'm a writer of Bizarro as well as horror fiction. We're a genre influenced by surrealism and by the kickass cult movies HDCers here know and love. My pal and Bizarro colleague Jordan Krall has a book out called Fistful of Feet. It's a sort of fetishistic Spaghetti Western with Cthulhuite indians, a mysterious giallo type serial killer and all manner of mayhem. Today, Jordan and the Bizarro community are doing a grassroots asskicking campaign to get this book close to the top of Amazon's Western charts. This would be a big blow for cult fiction for Bizarro and for everybody trying to scrape out a living as an artist doing something that they love. So, if you dig Spaghetti Westerns, sexual perversity and ultraviolence (which at least half of you here do), pick up a copy. You'll like it and you'll like yourself for helping change the game, if only for a day. Thanks, guys.

bought a copy, hoping it comes today, but if not, I'll still eat some spaghetti

He's #4 in Westerns on Amazon. This is awesome to see a Bizarro book taking a genre list. The next contender has a rank of only 1901 so he'll have to sell probably about ten more copies to take 'em down, but Jordan's a good guy with a good product and I believe in him.

I already spent what extra money I had for the week on YOUR books....;) (and okay, movies). I'd have to dip into my husband's beer fund for this. He may divorce me.

Thanks, Jenna. And good luck to you, Krell. I'm on the hunt for a dayjob myself, but seldom even get to the interview stage.
