I can't say I listen to her recreationally, but Diamanda Galás can make me feel genuinely scared with her voice, which I'd say is pretty impressive.

I would say Lita Ford, Joan Jett, the chick from Jefferson Airplane or the chick from Heart. Other than that I don't overly like female vocalists.
