Hello fellow horror movie fans!!

I'm basically more of a fan of the old school horror movies from the 70's and 80's the one's that are underrated and not well known.

Some movies in my collection

Alien1,2,3
Black Christmas
Videodrome
976 Evil
Suspiria
Slaughter high
Spookies
Evil dead 1,2 and 3(army of D)
Ghost house
The Changeling
Creepshow
Tourist trap
Last house on the left
Return to horror high
Silent night deadly night
Nightmares
The Blob(80's)
just to name a few

My all-time favorite horror movie to date has to be the Evil dead 1 and 2.

I'm in search of:

The Video dead
The Stuff
The Funhouse
Let's scare Jessica to death
Poltergiest1,2,3
People under the stairs
Serpent and the Rainbow
Event Horizon
Creepshow 2
Screamers(80's)

I registered on this forum to get some opinions and suggestions on some movies !! Thanks in advance for your advice!

Welcome to HDC, nice collection.

You shouldn't have much trouble completing most of your in search of list. The only one, I know for sure, that hasn't yet had a DvD release is The Video Dead. You can still pick up VHS versions online but its not the easiest to find. Quality film though, in my opinion, so I'd say its definatley worth the extra trouble and expense to get in your collection.

Check out all the top 100's on the forum for more film recommendations, you'll soon have a huge list of films you're trying to get hold of.

Have fun & enjoy your stay.

EDIT: Screamers might be tough to track down too.

Thanks I'll definitely check out the top 100.

I used to have so many great horror films on VHS and one day I pawned them all away to a pawn shop....I really wish I'd kept the lesser known horror ones like Screamers until they became dvd releases.
