I started this thread so people could post horror moveis that involve scarecrows.
Dark Night of the Scarecrow
This film is about a mentally retarded man who is lynch mobbed because he is falsely accused of hurting a child. A group of local rednecks, led by their psychopathic leader, find the retarded man hiding in a field dressed as a scarecrow. They all open fire on him and kill him. Then there's a trial in which the lynch mob get off scot free. But then they start being mysteriously picked off, one by one. There are some dark humorous moments, especially with the lynch mobs leader, and how far he goes to cover everything up. This film is worth a watch. Enjoy:cool:
