I dont know actually, the decent 2 looks scary but the first one was a disappointment. I like foreign horrors

Hmmm...Hard to go on so little....
The Descent was not scary at all, in my personal opinion....
There are too many foreign horror flicks, that I have yet to see. I cannot recommend any, due to this.

What are you calling foreign? That could be anything not filmed in your country or town, really.

There are several hundred movies stickied at the top of this page, voted to lists by those who love horror. You should be able to find something there that fits your criteria.
