Me too, I'm trying to learn how to post an icon and all that stuff. I go to a lot of movie and tv forums but don't tend to join. This looks like a good place for me though. :D

CNN International's film show "The Screening Room" is producing a special Halloween edition of the show focusing on horror films.

Hosted by British tv presenter Myleene Klass the show catches up with Christopher Lee on the set of "The Resident" his first film for Hammer Productions for 34 years. The Screeing Room also talks to new Hammer CEO about its plans to remake the critically-acclaimed Swedish vampire movie "Let the Right One In".

The second part of the show is a masterclass from four of the genre's most notable directors: Wes Craven, Sam Raimi, John Landis and George A. Romero.all these auteurs of the afterlife have released or are working on new horror films this year.

There will be a segment on the studios' obsession with remakes and sequels, with contributions from Rob Zombie (Halloween, Halloween 2), Darren Lyn Bousman (Saw 2 - 4 and Mother's Day) and Brad Fuller of Platinum Dunes from the set of the new version of A Nightmare on Elm Street).

And finally, Myleene gets a lesson in zombie make-up from Mark Price, the director of "Colin" the remarkable zombie movie which took Cannes by storm, made on a budget of just £45.

The Screening Room's website will have more in-depth and interactive features, quizzes and daily podcasts including an interview with Lars von Trier and Charlotte Gainsbourg about "Antichrist".

I hope horror fans will find something of interest on the show, which airs globally on CNN International on Wednesday October 28th, with six further opportunities to see the show over Halloween weekend. The show will also be streamed on the website for online viewers to enjoy.
