Ive worked for companies that let you wear hats on game days,
I worked for a grocery store that let you wear Hawaiian shirts on Hawaii day..
And I hate them all with a blinding passion....
But today is probably the best, yes best dress up day ever, in the history of any employer.....
Dress like a zombie day!
fuck yes.

Wow that is cool!!!
When I was in school I didn't get to participate in our dress up day(for Halloween) I was at a trade school at the time and they were really strick on uniforms......I hated what I had to were(black pants) *NO jeans with bright colored t-shirts(one was bright yellow) kind of made us look like steeleres fans ...lol ohh and we also weren't allowed to were hoodies :( and everyone pushed me to go to the trade school and I didn't get that much out of it...they were saying I wont get anywere taking art classes all day... well HA! I'm going to take photography in college, and going to try and make it my career..last I checked that was art.
Ok...sorry I started rambling,I'm done now.

There is so much wrong when your business is dictating 'casual friday' or what ever else they want the cubical monkeys to wear. If u work in an environment that needs a suit then wear it (its no big deal) but don't think wearing a Hawanaii suit on friday is any thing more than you really think it is..

True, but the Hawaiian shirt thing was for a grocery store and it wasn't dictated I was just bothered all day by my boss for not being spirited....
And my current work doesn't make me wear a suit, its pretty much anything goes but I thought zombie day was a pretty fun idea;it is hard to sound terrifying saying "thank you for calling AT&T about your wireless service".
